Towing

Can my truck pull the dump trailer?

Loaded, it is a 14,000 lb tow, so your truck's rating has to cover the trailer plus what is in it. You need a 2-5/16 in. ball, a 7-pin round connector and a working brake controller. Half-ton trucks are usually not enough once it is loaded. Put your truck on the request form and we will check it against the trailer before we approve anything.

What do I need to pull the gooseneck?

A three-quarter ton or larger with a gooseneck ball mounted in the bed, a 7-pin round connector and a brake controller. It is rated to 23,900 lb. A bumper hitch will not work — a gooseneck couples over the rear axle, which is the whole point of the design.

Do I need a CDL?

Possibly, depending on the combined weight rating of your truck and the loaded trailer and on whether you are using it commercially. The gooseneck in particular can push a combination over the threshold where a Class A applies. Georgia has exemptions for personal, non-commercial use, but they are narrower than people assume. Tell us your truck and what the trailer is for, and we will work through it with you before you book — and confirm it with Georgia DDS if there is any doubt.

What about insurance?

Many auto policies extend liability to a trailer you are towing, but coverage for damage to the trailer itself usually does not come along with it. Check with your insurer before you collect. What we require is set out in the rental agreement on your quote.

I am not confident towing. Can you deliver instead?

Yes, on any of the three. Pick "deliver it to me" on the request form and we bring it and collect it. That is genuinely the better answer if you have not towed something this size before, and we would rather do that than have you find out on a grade.

Do you provide straps and chains?

Ask and we will send them with the trailer. Say what you are hauling on the request form so we can send the right kind rather than a random armful.

Booking

Why are there no prices on the site?

Because a price on a page would be a guess. How long you need it, whether we deliver, how far, and what you are hauling all move the number enough that a calculator would mislead you. Send the details and you get a real quote, usually within one business day.

How far ahead should I book?

At least 2 days for an online request. With three trailers, weekends go first. If you have a date, get it on the board early.

What holds my dates?

A deposit does. Once you approve the quote we email a payment link. Paying it confirms the booking and blocks the dates on the fleet board immediately. The deposit counts towards your final balance.

What if someone else asks for the same dates?

Requests are not reservations, so two people can ask for the same weekend. Whoever pays the deposit first gets the trailer. That is why we do not sit on quotes.

Do pickup and return day both count?

Yes. If you collect Friday and bring it back Sunday, that is three days, because the trailer is not available to anyone else on any of them. The board shows it the same way.

Can I change or cancel?

Call or reply to your confirmation email as early as you can. Date changes are usually straightforward if the trailer is free. Cancellation terms are on your quote.

The trailers

How much fits in the dump trailer?

The bed is 7 ft by 14 ft, roughly fourteen cubic yards, and it will carry about 10,000 lb. For heavy material like wet dirt, gravel or concrete you will hit the weight limit long before you fill it — that limit is not a suggestion, so tell us what you are loading and we will tell you how full to go.

What can I not put in the dump trailer?

No wet paint, solvents, chemicals, tires, appliances with refrigerant, or anything a landfill will refuse. If you are not sure, ask before you load — it is much easier than unloading it again.

Will my equipment fit on the gooseneck?

The deck is 25 ft overall, 20 ft flat plus a 5 ft dovetail, and it carries about 18,000 lb. That covers most tractors, skid steers, mini excavators and vehicles. Send us the make and model and we will confirm rather than guess.

What does the restroom trailer need on site?

Reasonably level ground a truck can reach, a standard 110V outlet, and a garden hose bib within reach. If the site has neither, tick the boxes on the request form and we bring a generator and a fresh water tank.

Where does the restroom waste go?

Into holding tanks on board. We pump and haul it to a licensed disposal site. Nothing goes into your ground or your septic system.

What condition will it be in?

Swept out, lights checked and tires aired before it leaves the yard, and we walk the lights with you at pickup. The restroom trailer is pumped, washed and restocked between every rental.

Still deciding?

Send the dates. A quote costs you nothing and holds nothing.
